I am pleased to announced the 2nd beta release of phpspeed!  This new version fixes a major bug in tests 4 and 5, so you should definately upgrade if you are using an older version.

Also included in the new version is a 'login' system that prevents someone from running tests, viewing server info, or deleting test results.  Viewers can, however, view your test results.

I'm already working towards features for beta 3 and would like to include some charts/graphs to compare current test vs. previous.  Please continue to report bugs and your suggestions!

Reinstalled on top of Beta 1.  When I went to use it, nothing loaded and it seemed to be stuck in a redirection loop.   Deleted everything (database included) and reinstalled completely.  Stuck in same redirection loop.  Something with the login??

Can you comment out each of these lines at the top of your index.php file one by one and see which one fixes the issue:

There are two instances of this, can you comment them out seperately and see if one of them is causing your loop?

After trying those changes one by one, can you let me know which one stops the loop?  I'm not getting the same thing here so it might have something to do with the way you have your php.ini setup.

I went down your suggested comments 1-by-1 and commenting out the final header("Location: $self"); did the trick.

When I echo'd $self, it printed "/phpspeed/index.php"

Perhaps we need a full url?

This hold true for benchhistory.php as well.  Had to remove the offending header directives for it to work on my system.
