When i Click on 'Start Test' and '>> here' , it begin to test.
Few seconds later there was a message saying:

END_TRANSACTION ---> 'END_TRANSACTION'

If you want to know this project is clearly closed, site not working, bad and buggy code. The number 1 newbie problem, SHORT TAGS, WTF?

Are you on a windows machine?  The script is not supported on windows yets.
