PHPspeed is now GPL licensed!!

You will notice with the most recent beta, that this project is now released under the GPL license.  My hope is that by going GPL, we will make it easier for the community at large to help test, and enhance PHPspeed and bring the script to it's full potential.  I truly believe there is a large need for an all-in-one benchmarking tool for PHP and that PHPspeed is the right backbone to make it happen.
